This is a poem that I wrote after driving west along the New York State Thruway in Central New York, looking out at the Mohawk River. It first appeared in the Birmingham Arts Journal, Winter 2017. Thank you to poetry editor Irene Latham. http://www.birminghamartsjournal.com/ http://www.irenelatham.com/poetry.html
Veteran Erie L. Warren, 84, of Grand Blanc Township, was involved in a secret mission during the Korean War with a volunteer crew to transport four detonators for atomic bombs, each packed with five-and-a-half tons of explosives, from Albuquerque, N.M., to the U.S. Navy in Norfolk, Va., aboard a C-119 "Flying Boxcar" cargo plane.
Here is the second part of my Erie gameplay! Thought it was about time I saw what all the fuss was about, so this obviously includes my reactions facecam too! Will I find a way out of this hell hole? or will the creature attempt to give me another hug?
